Eddie McLeod

Eddie McLeod is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leading human resources initiatives across prominent organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Ford Motor Company since August 2023, Eddie oversees HR Shared Services, focusing on processes, systems, employee support, and mobility. Previously, Eddie held the position of Senior Director of Talent at Apple from October 2013 to July 2023, where responsibilities included driving innovative people strategies and ensuring compliance in a dynamic global environment. Eddie began a career in human resources at Ernst & Young, serving as Director from November 1995 to October 2013. Eddie holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Kean University.
