Jameca S. Atkinson-Palmer

Jameca S. Atkinson-Palmer possesses extensive experience in the automotive manufacturing sector, currently serving as the Paint Department/Site Facility Manager for Vehicle Operations at Ford Motor Company since September 2009. Jameca has held various leadership roles at Ford, including North American Lean Manufacturing/Production System & Training & Development Manager, Final Area Assembly Manager, and Final Area Lincoln Launch Leader, among others. Additionally, Jameca is the owner of Black Women in Manufacturing LLC, providing consulting, training, and coaching services since June 2022, and is a certified coach, speaker, and trainer with the John Maxwell Team since August 2016. Previous experience includes an operations management role at Cummins Engine Company and several supervisory positions at Ford Motor Company. Jameca holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Criminal Justice from Norfolk State University, a Master's in Quality & Operations Management from Madonna University, and a Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion in Manufacturing from Michigan State University.
