Paul Koch

Paul Koch is an accomplished Mechanical Design Manager at Ford Motor Company, overseeing a team of over 30 professionals to develop and launch electronic modules for all Ford vehicle lines since March 2017. Prior to this role, Paul served as Senior Manager of Mechanical Design at BlackBerry, where leadership was provided to teams developing mobile phones from August 2008 to February 2017. With extensive experience at Motorola from August 1994 to August 2008 as a Distinguished Member of the Technical Staff, Paul contributed to the development of military/public safety radios and Nextel devices, achieving multiple promotions within the technical ladder. Earlier experience includes positions at Cummins Engine Company and Tokheim, where product development and engineering contributions were made. Paul holds both a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, completed between 1990 and 1995.
