Pooya Beheshti

Pooya Beheshti is a seasoned professional in the field of quality assurance and automation, currently serving as a Sr. Manager for Test Automation at Ford Motor Company since September 2025, where responsibilities include leading QA, infrastructure, and automation for the Advanced EV program. Prior experience includes a role as Sr. Staff System Integration Lead at CARIAD, Inc., managing QA and automation efforts for the next-generation VWAG vehicle platform, and co-founding Giggi, a platform for task assistance. Pooya also held the position of Software QA Lead for Infotainment at Rivian, overseeing a team focused on integrating and improving automation frameworks, and contributed as a QAE at Amazon Lab126, where a new test automation solution for Android-based FireTV devices was architected. Pooya is an alumnus of San José State University.
