Randy Hammons

Randy Hammons is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software and network engineering across multiple high-profile organizations. Currently serving as the Head of ITO SRE and Observability at Ford Motor Company, Randy previously held the role of Lead, Platform SRE and TCC at Twitter, overseeing a global team of over 100 engineers. Prior leadership positions include Senior Director of Service Engineering and Director of Online Network Engineering at Electronic Arts, Network Engineering Manager at Amazon Web Services, Service Engineering Manager at Microsoft, and Network Design Engineer at Amazon. Randy’s career began in the United States Air Force, transitioning into defense telecommunications as a Network Analyst at SAIC. Randy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Applied Computer Science from Northcentral University.
