Tyler Underwood

Tyler Underwood is currently the Head of Engineering at Ford Motor Company, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this role, Tyler served as the VP of Engineering at Autonomy, a vehicle subscription platform, where responsibilities included overseeing the development of a flexible and scalable backend along with multiple mobile applications and a marketing website. Tyler's experience also includes senior engineering roles at Rocket Auto, Rocket Mortgage, and Quicken Loans, where leadership focused on technical vision, modernization of legacy systems, and innovative tooling for marketing initiatives. Earlier career experience includes application engineering at Humana, specializing in CI/CD automation. Tyler holds a BA in General Management and Information Technology from Michigan State University.
