Vicky Svidenko

Vicky Svidenko is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data science and analytics across leading technology companies. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Data Science and Analytics at Ford Motor Company since September 2022, Vicky is focused on leveraging data to enhance Ford Model E vehicles. Prior to this role, Vicky spent over 12 years at Microsoft, holding various positions including Partner Quantum Data Sciences and Head of Xbox Products Data Science, where leadership in data-driven strategies significantly contributed to product success. Vicky's earlier career involved impactful roles at Applied Materials and other tech firms, demonstrating expertise in statistical analysis, yield management, and advanced imaging techniques. Vicky holds both an M.Sc and a B.Sc in Physics from Tel Aviv University.
