Alexandru Stoian

Alexandru Stoian currently serves as the CRAIOVA Plant Vehicle Team Manager at Ford Otosan, leading a cross-functional team focused on quality improvements and cost reductions for current vehicle models. With extensive experience at Ford Motor Company, Alexandru held various supervisory roles in Vehicle Architecture and Underbody Engineering, coordinating engineering launch teams for multiple vehicle models, including Ford Puma and Ecosport. Previous roles include responsibilities as a warranty specialist at Daewoo International Corporation and as an employee relations coordinator within Ford Power Train Operations. Alexandru holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Mechanical University of Craiova, earned between 1999 and 2004.
