Luis Filipe

Luis Filipe is an experienced strategist currently leading the Strategy & Business Transformation team for Ford Pro Europe since March 2023. Prior to this role, Luis was the Strategy Director at Thomas International, a B2B software company in Recruitment and HR Tech, from February 2019 to January 2023. Luis held various positions at EY-Parthenon, including Head of Strategy and Manager, where responsibilities included leading strategy and commercial due diligence projects. Luis's career began with roles at Altman Solon, The Boston Consulting Group, Accenture, and Pepsi Beverages Company, gaining significant expertise in market analysis, financial modeling, and operational improvements. Luis holds a Masters in Management from London Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Strategy from Rotterdam School of Management, as well as a BS in Management from Nova School of Business and Economics.
