Luke Fricker has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. From 2001 to 2009, they worked at Ford Motor Company, where they held roles as an Application Development Team Lead and then as an IT Service Management Team Lead. In these positions, Luke led teams and managed various projects related to application development and IT service management. In 2010, Luke joined FordDirect as a Technology Manager, where they successfully re-launched multiple shopping tools and managed day-to-day operations and escalations. In 2011, they were promoted to the role of Senior Director, Digital Retailing Technology, where they led the application development and support of Ford and Lincoln dealer websites in the US and Canada.
Luke Fricker earned a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems Analysis and Design from the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1997 to 2001. Luke then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Michigan-Dearborn from 2003 to 2007. In addition, they obtained certifications in Adwords and Adwords Mobile from Google's Social Marketing Tools in November 2017 and December 2017, respectively.
