Nicole Webb-Elder

Nicole Webb-Elder, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a vast and diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Nicole is currently working as a Senior Director of Human Resources at FordDirect since April 2023. Previously, they served as the Managing Director of Talent and Culture at Lambert from December 2021 to December 2022.

Before joining Lambert, Nicole worked at FordDirect as a Senior Director of Human Resources from September 2017 to December 2021, and as a Human Resources Director from November 2015 to September 2017. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Human Resources at Levy Restaurants from 2013 to 2015.

Nicole also worked as a Senior Manager of Human Resources at Alliance HealthCare Services in 2012, where they managed programs and projects to support overall HR strategies and goals. Nicole was responsible for ensuring HR compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, as well as providing leadership, advice, and support to company management and team members.

From 2009 to 2011, Nicole served as the Division Human Resources Manager at Republic Services, Inc., and from 2007 to 2009, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at ARAMARK. In both roles, they led HR strategies, programs, and initiatives while managing teams.

Earlier in their career, Nicole held the position of Director of Human Resources at Quality Systems, Inc. from 2004 to 2007, where they directed corporate-level HR projects for the parent company and its subsidiary. Nicole also worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Entertainment Publications from 2001 to 2003, and as an Operations Manager at Transformations from 2000 to 2001.

Nicole Webb-Elder, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Purdue University Daniels School of Business. Nicole also completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan, where they earned a Bachelor of General Studies in Organizational Psychology. Additionally, Nicole has a background in engineering from Michigan State University. In terms of certifications, they obtained the Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from the Society of Human Resources Management in November 2015 and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI in November 2009.
