Steve Horgan

Director, Application Delivery - Owner Marketing at FordDirect

Steve Horgan has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies. Steve started their career at Compuware in 2002 as a Technical Analyst and Team Lead. Steve then moved to PTC in 2007, where they served as a Section Manager for Customer Service and Strategy. During their time at PTC, they provided leadership for the global services team and was responsible for customer success and account management. In 2012, they joined Meridian Health Plan as a Senior Data Analyst. Shortly after, in 2013, Steve joined FordDirect as a Technology Manager for Inventory Solutions. Steve was later promoted to Senior Technology Manager and then became the Director of Application Delivery for the Owner Marketing department in 2018.

Steve Horgan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Information Technology from Western Michigan University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist from Scaled Agile Inc in 2019, and various certifications in areas such as Diversity and Inclusion Strategy, Process Mapping, and Business Finance from institutions like PRISM International, Orion Development Group, and Celemi - Making Change Happen, respectively. Steve has also completed training programs such as the Leaders Lyceum and Think and Speak for Results (Leadership). Furthermore, Steve holds certifications in Business Rules Engine from Corticon Technologies and Human Capital Development from Tandem Solutions, LLC, obtained in 2013 and 2010, respectively.
