Sadibou Sylla

Sadibou Sylla currently serves as the Director of the Social Innovation Collaboratory at Fordham University, where leadership encompasses the Changemaking Campus Initiative and fostering connections among a diverse community of stakeholders. Previous roles at Fordham include Associate and Assistant Director within the same collaboratory, focusing on social impact education and student engagement. In addition to the academic role as an adjunct professor in Impact Investment at the Fordham Gabelli School of Business, Sadibou Sylla is the founder of AKSA Partners, promoting social equity through sports in post-conflict areas. Professional experience includes consulting for the World Bank Group on digital banking issues in Senegal and supporting drug trafficking prevention efforts through the United Nations. An educational background features a Master’s in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and a Bachelor’s in Mathematics from Saint Peter's University.
