Tiffany Downs has extensive experience in the legal field, with their most recent position being Partner and Head of Employee Benefits Practice Group at FordHarrison LLP since November 2007. Prior to that, they worked as an Employee Benefits Attorney at Smith Moore Leatherwood LLP from April 1999 to October 2007.

Tiffany Downs completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance, General from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Tiffany attended the university from 1987 to 1991.
