Hamid Khodaei is an experienced mechanical engineer with a focus on research and development. Currently serving as a Mechanical Engineering R&D specialist at Epiroc since September 2021, Hamid's previous role involved optimizing a 3D printed polymer lattice structure for NFL helmet liners at École de technologie supérieure. Between June 2011 and May 2015, Hamid worked as a Mechanical Analysis Engineer at AFRY, engaging in CAD designs and simulations across multiple industries including automotive and oil and gas. Earlier experience includes a research assistant position at SAFER and an advisory and sales engineer role at Saraban Air-Conditioning CO. Hamid earned a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from École de technologie supérieure and holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Linköping University.
