Burke Kascha-Hare currently serves as the Head of Behind-the-Meter (BTM) Sales at ForeFront Power since February 2024. Prior experience includes roles at Redaptive, Inc., where Burke held multiple positions such as Vice President of Sustainability Solutions and Senior Director of Strategic & Campus Programs from March 2021 to December 2023. At Duke Energy Corporation, Burke was the Regional Director for Distributed Generation Business Development from August 2019 to March 2021. Additional roles include Director of Distributed Generation and Microgrids at Canadian Solar Inc., Regional Manager of Project Development at Tesla, and Manager of Utility Scale Energy Business Development at Boeing. Early career experience encompasses various positions at REC Solar, Meritage Homes, and KB Home, along with service as a U.S. Army Officer. Burke holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human & Regional Geography from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
