Mariam Davlashelidze is an experienced professional in conflict resolution, mediation, and research, currently serving as the Founder of Youth M-Powerment Global Network since March 2024 and as a Research Assistant at the Foreign Policy Research Institute since June 2021. Mariam has previously worked as a Mediator at Quincy District Court, where responsibilities included facilitating communication between disputing parties and guiding them through the mediation process. As a Co-Facilitator with Soliya, Mariam supported group activities and ensured inclusivity among participants. Additional experience includes leadership as Director of the Association of Georgia's Sustainable Development, focusing on reintegration and policy planning related to conflicts in Ossetia and Abkhazia, and conducting environmental research in the Parliament of Georgia. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution from UMass Boston and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from International Black Sea University.
