Ashwini Jain has had a varied and successful career since 2012. Ashwini began their professional journey in 2012 as a Particle Packing Density of Cement at Ambuja Cements Ltd. In 2013, they held two positions, Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at IIT Bombay and Construction Management and Site Operations Trainee at Larsen & Toubro. In 2014, they worked as a Structural Engineering Intern at Thornton Tomasetti. In 2015, they were a Project Research Assistant and Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at the Centre for Urban Science and Engineering (C-USE), IIT Bombay. In 2016, they were a Research Data Analyst at the Office of Institutional Research, Assessment, and Effectiveness and a Project Management Analyst and Web Developer and GIS Analyst at the Project Management Office, Purdue University. In 2017, they were a Senior Business Analyst and Business Analyst at Superior Construction. In 2019, they became a Management and Innovation Consultant at Arcadis. Currently, they are the CEO and Co-founder of ForeignAdmits, a B2B SaaS company empowering study abroad counselors and students with the help of Technology.

Ashwini Jain obtained a Bachelor's Degree with Honors in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay between 2011 and 2015. Ashwini then attended Purdue University and obtained a Master's Degree in Construction Engineering and Management with a minor in Computational Science and Engineering between 2015 and 2017. During the same period, they also obtained a Certification in Global Supply Chain Management from Purdue University Krannert School of Management. Additionally, they have obtained three certifications: Building Online Communities from LinkedIn in 2021, Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2020, and PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) from the Project Management Institute in 2018.
