Jim Frederick

Jim Frederick is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and technology operations. Currently serving as VP of Engineering at Forerunner and as Founder and Sole Proprietor of Heyyy Health, Jim has designed and launched an iOS app focused on holistic health tracking. Prior to these roles, Jim held senior engineering positions at Bowery Farming, Care/of, and NBCUniversal Media, where responsibilities included managing high-performing teams and pioneering innovative solutions in AgTech, software engineering, and media technology. Jim's entrepreneurial spirit is evident from founding My Career Copilot, a web app aimed at helping individuals explore career interests. Jim began a career in software engineering with roles at Advomatic and other organizations following a Bachelor’s degree in English with a focus on Creative Writing from Binghamton University.
