Greg Hogan

Senior Director, Research & Development, Bioinformatics at Foresight Diagnostics

Greg Hogan has a wealth of experience in the biotechnology industry. Greg began their career in 2003 as an Undergraduate Researcher at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where they investigated nucleosome occupancy during the mitotic cell cycle in yeast and the in vivo function of the histone demethylase JHD1. In 2006, they became a Researcher (Fulbright Grantee) at the Netherlands Cancer Institute. In 2007, they began their graduate studies at Stanford University School of Medicine, where they served as a Graduate Student in Biochemistry. In 2014, they joined Counsyl, where they served as Scientist I, Scientist II/Manager, and Senior Scientist/Manager. In 2018, they joined Freenome as Senior Manager (Development). Greg currently holds the role of Director of Bioinformatics at Foresight Diagnostics Inc., a position they have held since 2022.

Greg Hogan attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2002 to 2005, where they earned a BS in Biology, General. Greg then attended Stanford University from 2007 to 2014, where they earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biochemistry.
