Gerard Lagana

Gerard Lagana is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in desktop support and system administration. Since March 1999, Gerard has been employed at Forest Lawn Memorial Parks and Mortuaries, currently serving as a Senior Desktop Support Specialist after initially starting as a Desktop Support Specialist. Prior to this role, Gerard worked at MGM Studios from September 1997 to March 1999, achieving recognition for completing a migration project ahead of schedule and subsequently being offered a full-time position. Gerard's early contributions at MGM included managing the replacement of faulty hard drives and facilitating the migration from DOS 6.x/Windows 3.
