Josh Davis

Josh Davis is an accomplished construction professional with extensive experience in land development and project management. Currently serving as Land Development Manager at Forestar Group Inc. since November 2024, Josh previously held key roles at CTS Excavations, including Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager, where expertise in site preparation and development was demonstrated. Prior affiliation with McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. included positions such as Business Development Manager, Assistant Superintendent, and Project Engineer, focusing on strategic relationships, project scheduling, and subcontractor management in marine and industrial construction. Josh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Science from Texas A&M University, completed in 2013.
