Marlene Pressner

Marlene Pressner has over ten years of experience in quality management roles. Marlene served as the Director of Quality Improvement at Forestdale, Inc. starting in 2013. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Quality Management at Village Care of New York from 2003 to 2011.

Marlene Pressner obtained a BA in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania in 1983, followed by an MA in Psychology from New York University in 1985. Marlene then earned certification as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt from Villanova University in 2012. In 2020, they obtained additional certifications in Learning Data Analytics, Project Management Foundations, and Learning Data Visualization from LinkedIn.
