Jieun Kim

Jieun Kim has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jieun started their career at Forever 21 in 2008, where they initially worked in IT project and production support roles. Jieun later transitioned to become a lead IT business analyst and then moved on to become the E-commerce IT PMO team lead. During their time at Forever 21, Jieun also took on the role of interim E-commerce marketing manager.

In 2018, Jieun worked at Twila True Collaborations as a manager for E-commerce technology, and in 2019, they joined Transamerican Auto Parts as an E-commerce technical project manager.

In 2019, Jieun also briefly worked at iHerb, LLC as a product owner. Jieun then moved to ODK Media, Inc in 2020 to work as a project manager for mobile applications.

Jieun is currently employed at Forever 21 as the lead product manager for the mobile app, a role they started in April 2021.

Jieun Kim completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing at California State University, Northridge. Additionally, they obtained certifications as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance in February 2019 and as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) in April 2016.
