Keith Herbert

Keith Herbert has a diverse work experience in the retail industry. Keith currently holds the position of Chief Stores Officer at Forever 21, where they oversee the operation of 450 stores in North America. Prior to that, they worked at Gap Inc. as Vice President of the PMO, leading efforts to streamline processes and achieve significant cost savings. Keith also served as Vice President of Global Brand Operations at Gap, where they managed the operations of 1,000 stores worldwide and played a key role in developing the company's long-term strategy. Before joining Gap, Herbert held various leadership roles at Old Navy, including Vice President of Store Strategy and Business Solutions, Zone Vice President, and Regional Director. Through their extensive experience, Herbert has demonstrated expertise in store operations, brand experience, and strategic planning.

Keith Herbert attended Missouri State University from 1980 to 1985, where they studied Marketing and Business Communications.
