Tia Bates Gresham is a seasoned retail professional with extensive experience in visual operations and customer experience management. Currently serving as the Visual Operations Manager at Forever 21 since June 2021, Tia leads the store merchandising team to enhance customer satisfaction through an engaging store ambiance. Previously, Tia held the position of General Brand Manager, where leadership was provided to the entire store team, focusing on performance across customer satisfaction, sales, and operational functions.
