Ross Gordon

As Chief Operating Officer, Ross Gordon is responsible for the farm production, supply chain, logistics and aquaculture operations.

Ross has more than two decades of international experience in aquaculture and a track record in leading teams to deliver profitable growth and market share.

Prior to Forever Oceans, Ross was Director of Aquaculture at Baha Aqua Farms in Mexico and CEO of its US operation. He led a variety of operational functions from marine and aquaculture operations through to financial management and R&D programs and developed strategies that helped it achieve strong growth in both sales and market share in the US.

In Australia, Ross was Operations Manager of Aquaculture for Clean Seas Aquaculture Pty Ltd and before that Australian Tuna Fisheries Pty Ltd. where he led farm operations, operational planning, budgeting, and marine operations.

Ross has Australian and US citizenship. He has a BSc honors degree in Aquaculture from the University of Tasmania, an MBA from the University of South Australia, and a Master of Engineering from the University of New South Wales.
