Michele D. Poe

Michele D. Poe has extensive work experience in various roles. Michele D. is currently the Associate Director of Clinical Operations at Forge Biologics since 2022. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2023, they worked as an Associate Research Professor and Research Manager for the NDRD at the University of Pittsburgh. From 2001 to 2011, they served as a Statistician at the FPG Child Development Institute at the University of North Carolina. Michele D. started their career as a Quality Improvement Program Analyst at the Peace Corps from 2000 to 2001.

Michele D. Poe completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Geology from Western Illinois University, where they studied from 1986 to 1991. Afterward, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Anthropology from the University of Missouri-Columbia, completing their studies between 1994 and 1996. Michele D. furthered their education by attaining a PhD in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from Case Western Reserve University, where they studied from 1996 to 2000.
