Scientific and Technical Operations

The Scientific and Technical Operations team at Forge Biologics is responsible for overseeing and executing the scientific and technical aspects of gene therapy development. This includes managing clinical trials, preclinical studies, and research and development efforts, ensuring quality control in manufacturing processes, and supporting the operational infrastructure. They work collaboratively to streamline supply chain logistics, maintain regulatory compliance, facilitate technology and engineering solutions, and provide technical documentation, all while aiming to bring innovative gene therapies from concept to clinical implementation.
