Kristin Nicely Colangelo LCSW LCADC, CCS, CCTP is an experienced mental health professional with extensive expertise in social work and substance abuse counseling. Currently serving as the Executive Clinical Director at Forge Health since November 2022, Kristin has also held the role of Co-Occurring Therapist and previously Director of Substance Abuse Counseling at VOA Delaware Valley since December 2013. As Membership Director and Organization Secretary for the National Union of the Homeless since June 2018, Kristin contributes to the mission of addressing homelessness and poverty. Additionally, as an Adjunct Professor at Rutgers University since September 2010, Kristin teaches social policy courses and serves as a field instructor. Involvement with the Kairos Center and numerous leadership roles in housing and health education further underscores Kristin’s commitment to social justice and community empowerment. Educational qualifications include a Master of Social Work from Temple University and a Master's Level Certification in Addictions Counseling from Rutgers University-Camden.
