Megan McDermott

Megan McDermott has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Recently, in 2022, they joined Forge Health as the Director of Business Development. Prior to that, they worked at High Focus Centers from 2012 to 2022, holding multiple roles including Community Liaison, Intake Coordinator, Intake, and Administrative Assistant. From 2010 to 2010, Megan worked at Hilton Garden Inn as a Night Auditor and Front Desk Agent, where they managed daily data entry, provided exceptional customer service, and handled guest reservations. Before that, they worked at Gap Inc./Gap from 2009 to 2010 as a Customer Experience Expert Manager, where they managed inquiries and issues, handled customer complaints, and provided on-the-job training to employees.
