Janna Rathert is a Staff Scientist at Form Energy, Inc. since July 2022, following a role as a PhD Candidate at Vanderbilt University from January 2018 to June 2022, where research focused on electrochemical modulation of optical materials and energy storage. Past experience includes serving as a Battery Research Scientist at Xerion Advanced Battery, where Janna advanced product development through self-directed research and electrochemical analysis techniques.
