Maggie Crosby

Maggie Crosby has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Maggie started their career in advocacy and human rights, working as a Legal Intern for International Justice Mission and later as a Legal Assistant for International Rights Advocates. Maggie also gained experience in public policy and advocacy as a Public Policy and Advocacy Intern at World Vision.

Transitioning into the field of education, Maggie worked as a Learning Lab Facilitator at Urban Ventures and as a Graduate Student Instructor at the University of California, Berkeley. Maggie also conducted research as a Graduate Student Researcher and held fellowship positions at the Bixby Center for Population, Health, and Sustainability and the Human Rights Center at UC Berkeley.

Maggie then moved into the field of HR and people operations, starting as an HR Business Partner in production at Tesla and later becoming a Senior HR Business Partner for engineering at the same company. Maggie also served as the Internal Communications Lead and the Global Disaster Relief Manager at Tesla.

Currently, Maggie holds a managerial position at Form Energy, Inc., where they serve as the Senior Manager of People Operations. In October 2021, they took on the role of Director of People Operations at the same company.
