Miklós Barabás

Miklós Barabás has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Miklós started their career as a System Administrator at MedikITGlobal in 2008 and then worked as an R&D Software Engineer at B. Braun Medical Hungary from 2011 to 2014. After that, they joined mc^2 Ltd. as a Software Engineer and later moved to GE Lighting as a Software Engineer, where they took on responsibilities such as leading a development team and designing modular architectures. In 2016, Miklós joined BetVictor as a Software Engineer, focusing on payments, fraud, and reconciliation, and later taking on tasks such as refactoring applications and mentoring other developers. More recently, they joined FORM3 as a Senior Software Engineer and gradually advanced to the roles of Technical Architect and currently, Head of Engineering - Data. Throughout their career, Miklós has worked with technologies such as Java, Go, JavaScript, and various frameworks and tools, and they have experience with agile methodologies and cloud technologies.

Miklós Barabás studied Computer Engineering at Budapest University of Technology and Economics, earning a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications in various areas, including AWS Security Fundamentals, MongoDB for Java Developers, Spring 4 RESTFul Web Services, Java Design Patterns and Architecture, Java Multithreading, and TCP, HTTP, and SPDY.
