Elizabeth Figura

Elizabeth Figura has a diverse range of work experience in human resources. Elizabeth currently holds the position of Director of Human Resources at Formativ Health, which they have held since September 2017. Prior to that, they served as Director of Human Resources at Beaver Street Fisheries from April 2012 to September 2017. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing all aspects of human capital management and played a key role in expanding the company's business lines and opportunities.

Elizabeth previously held the role of VP, Human Resources at Brooks Health System from July 2003 to February 2008. During this time, they provided strategic and operational leadership to the HR department of a physical rehabilitation healthcare system.

Before their time at Brooks Health System, Elizabeth served as the VP Human Resources at Success Development Institute from February 2000 to February 2003. In this role, they managed various operational responsibilities for a multi-state training seminar organization specializing in real estate and small business management.

Elizabeth's earlier experience includes working as a Regional HR Manager at Nissan Motor Corporation USA, where they provided guidance on employee relations issues. Elizabeth also served as a Personnel Manager at Barnett Brass and Copper, where they handled HR responsibilities for a plumbing, electrical, and hardware supplier.

Elizabeth Figura attended Cornell University from 1976 to 1980, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Labor Relations.
