Elena Shvets

Elena Shvets has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles related to marketing and project management.

Starting in 2005, Elena worked as a Content Project Manager at Stavropolskaya Pravda, a newspaper. Elena then moved on to FINAM in 2006, where they served as a Project Manager and handled business relationship management, content strategy, and online event planning until 2013.

From 2013 to 2014, Elena worked as a Marketing Project Manager at PMCG Marketing Agency. Following that, they held the position of Head of Marketing and Business Development at PrimeConcept from 2014 to 2016, where they led B2B and B2C communication channels, implemented digital transformation projects, and achieved significant revenue growth.

In 2018, Elena became the Principal Consultant and Founder of Mindful Marketing & Advertising, offering marketing solutions to small and medium-sized businesses. At the same time, they also worked as a Marketing Project Manager at Miami FM Radiostation, where they developed revenue-generating programming and formulated a comprehensive marketing strategy.

In 2019, Elena joined Nations Trust Mortgage as a Marketing Project Manager before transitioning to Plus Cosmetic Surgery Center, where they served as a Marketing Project Manager and focused on lead generation, conversion rates, and developing marketing best practices.

From 2021 to 2022, Elena worked as a Social Media Marketing Manager at Exclusive Marketing Agency, LLC. Elena created and managed social media profiles for numerous clients, organized a seamless process for handling multiple social media accounts, and planned project milestones using Wrike.

Currently, Elena is employed at Forme Financial as a Marketing Project Manager, a position they have held since 2022.

Throughout their career, Elena has demonstrated strong leadership skills, managed remote teams, and successfully implemented various marketing strategies and projects for clients across different industries. Elena is experienced in social media marketing, digital advertising, website development, and content production.

Elena Shvets holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from Stavropol State University, which they completed in 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from the same university, finishing in 2003. In addition to their formal education, Elena has also obtained several certifications, including a Google Project Management Certificate from Coursera in April 2022, a Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org in January 2022, a Digital Marketing Specialization from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in October 2020, and an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in September 2019.
