Paul Zaninovich has over 20 years of experience in the field of human resources. Paul is currently the Director of Total Rewards and HR Technology at FormFactor Inc. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant at ZHR Consulting from 2019 to 2021. Prior to ZHR Consulting, Paul held various leadership positions at Teledyne FLIR, including Vice President Corporate Human Resources, Vice President Global Human Resources, and Vice President Human Resources. At Teledyne FLIR, they led teams focused on total rewards, HR technology, talent acquisition, and strategic HR partnerships. Paul also served as an executive coach and trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team. Before their time at Teledyne FLIR, Paul worked as the Director of Total Rewards and HR Operations at Amgen, where they managed global compensation, benefits, and HR information systems. Paul implemented company-wide changes to the pay program and launched a web-based performance management tool. Additionally, Paul has experience as a Human Resources Consultant at ZHR Consulting and as the Director of Human Resources at Mockingbird Networks, Inc. and Manager of Human Resources at Headway Technologies. Throughout their career, Paul has demonstrated expertise in developing HR infrastructure, implementing HRIS systems, and driving talent development and acquisition initiatives to support business success.
Paul Zaninovich holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Psychology from the University of California, Davis. Paul has also obtained certifications in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging as well as Ram Charan on Coaching High Potentials from LinkedIn. In addition, they have completed the Leadership Development for Human Resource Professionals program from the Center for Creative Leadership and a certification in Human Resources Management from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
