Niels Eng-Carlyle

Niels Eng-Carlyle has worked in the business development field since 2022, when they joined Formitable as a Business Development Manager. Prior to that, in 2021, they were the Employer Branding Manager at Eichberg GmbH, where they oversaw and implemented the development of the Employer Branding Department. Niels was responsible for the conception, planning and implementation of a career website, as well as the strategic creation of content for social media campaigns. Niels also measured employee satisfaction based on accumulated data.

Niels Eng-Carlyle completed a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government at the University of Hamburg from 2015 to 2021. Prior to that, they attended the University of Southampton from 2010 to 2013 and studied International Relations.
