Elena Parangoni

Elena Parangoni is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in growth marketing and operations. Currently serving as the Global Growth Marketing Lead at Formlabs since January 2019, Elena manages a diverse team focused on enhancing the user journey from acquisition to retention. Previous roles at Formlabs include Marketing Operations Lead and Marketing Operations Program Manager, where Elena drove technology and analytics initiatives for the global marketing team. Prior to Formlabs, Elena worked at Expedia Group as a Marketing Specialist, contributing to global demand campaigns, and held various marketing positions at the Berlin School of Economics and Law, Orbico Group, RisiAlbania, and the Albanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Elena holds a Master’s Degree in International Marketing Management from the Berlin School of Economics and Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Political Science from the American University in Bulgaria. Recognized for outstanding performance, Elena has received several awards, including the 2020 PerForm Award.
