Paul Sutter

Paul Sutter is the CEO and founder of Formlogic. Paul has over 20 years of experience in the technology sector, including stints as a board member, CTO, and CEO.

Paul started their career as a software engineer at Transium Corp in 1997. Paul was quickly promoted to CEO, and oversaw the company's acquisition by AltaVista/CMGi in 2000. Paul then served as VP of Engineering at AltaVista until 2001.

In 2002, Paul founded Orbital Data Corp, a data storage company. The company was acquired by Citrix in 2006. Paul then joined the board of Quantcast, a data analytics company, where they served until 2015.

In 2016, Paul founded Formlogic, a software company that provides solutions for online forms and data collection. The company is backed by Redpoint Ventures and Sevin Rosen Funds.
