Mario Lebherz

Mario Lebherz serves as the Managing Partner at Magnetic, a mission-driven investment firm focusing on sustainable technology companies in critical European industries such as energy, climate, security, and financial services. In addition to this role, Mario holds positions on the Supervisory Board of LS telcom and as a member of the European Defense Investor Network. Mario previously worked as the Managing Director at FoodLabs, a venture capital firm supporting over 30 early-stage health-focused companies in Europe, and served as a Venture Partner at Atlantic Labs. Earlier career highlights include co-founding Free2Move, a global mobility services platform, and acting as CFO for Morressier, a key platform for early-stage research. Mario's education includes studies at the University of Tübingen, ESCP Business School, and the American University of Beirut.
