Lauren Kofeldt

Lauren Kofeldt has extensive work experience in the customer success and implementation field. Lauren currently serves as the Senior Director of Customer Success and Implementation at Formstack, where they lead a global team and develops customer success strategies. Prior to this, they held various roles at LexisNexis, including Manager of Customer Success and Solutions Consultant. In these roles, they were responsible for driving revenue, building relationships with corporate decision-makers, and fostering loyalty among clients.

Lauren Kofeldt has a Bachelor's degree in Communication and English from Purdue University. Lauren also has a Doctor of Law (JD) degree with a specialization in Law from Michigan State University. In addition, Lauren holds certifications as a Licensed Attorney in both Colorado and Indiana.
