Riley Soter has extensive work experience in customer support and management roles. They started their career as an Account Manager and Advertising Copywriting Intern at the University of Utah in 2008. They then worked at Apple as a Specialist from October 2009 to August 2014. After that, they joined Canary as a Team Lead and later became the Customer Experience Manager from August 2014 to January 2017. Riley then worked at Codecademy, starting as a Customer Support Manager in January 2017 and progressing to Senior Manager, Customer Support from February 2019 to September 2020. They also held the position of Director, Customer Support at Codecademy from September 2020 to February 2022. Following this, they joined Class as a Senior Director, overseeing Product Support from February 2022 to May 2023. Currently, Riley holds the position of Director, Customer Support at Formstack starting from July 2023.
