Vidya Thanvanthri has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Vidya started their career as a Sales Executive at TUAS POWER LTD in 2020, where they focused on increasing new acquisitions and contract renewals by sourcing new leads and employing competitive pricing strategies. Vidya also excelled in managing client expectations and ensuring a positive customer experience.

In 2021, Vidya joined Ninja Van as a Retail Partner Management Associate. In this role, they achieved impressive results including a 100% retention rate for new stores acquired and an overall retention rate of 98%. Vidya contributed to the increase in Ninja Packs Sale by cross-selling and up-selling retail products through new and existing networks. Additionally, Vidya maintained relationships with stores, assisted in onboarding new partners, and provided comprehensive support to 220 Ninja Points. Vidya collaborated with the Fleet and Operations team to establish new process flows, reducing the occurrence of loss or missing parcels.

Vidya's next role was as a Senior Customer Support Specialist at HubSpot in 2021. Vidya then transitioned to a Customer Support Specialist role in 2022 before joining Contentsquare in the same year as a Customer Support Engineer.

With their strong background in customer support, sales, and relationship management, Vidya brings a wealth of experience and expertise to any organization they work with.

Vidya Thanvanthri obtained a Graduate Diploma in Counseling Psychology from the College of Allied Educators from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science(Hons) in BS Banking and International Finance from City, University of London, from 2014 to 2017. In addition, they have acquired various certifications in marketing, sales, and customer service software from HubSpot Academy, such as HubSpot Marketing Software, HubSpot Sales Software, Inbound, and Service Hub Software, in 2022.
