Rob Lawrence

Rob Lawrence is the Chief Operating Officer at Formstack. Prior to this, they were the SVP, Strategy & Corporate Development at LogMeIn from January 2015 to November 2021. Lawrence has also held the position of VP, Strategy & Corporate Development at Skilllsoft Corporation from June 2011 to June 2014, and Senior Principal at Parthenon Group from July 2007 to June 2011.

Lawrence has been instrumental in the development and refinement of business strategy for both LogMeIn and Skilllsoft Corporation. Rob has also been responsible for all M&A and business development activity, as well as formulation and ongoing refinement of company strategy. Under their leadership, LogMeIn has grown from ~$250M to over $1.4B in annual revenue through strong execution on both organic and inorganic growth levers, and has created >$3B of shareholder value.

At Skilllsoft Corporation, Lawrence led ongoing analytical efforts to better understand drivers of organic growth. Rob also created and sponsored key initiatives focused on top line growth acceleration. In addition, they evaluated potential acquisition targets, created investment theses, developed due diligence scope and initial valuation perspectives, and developed and managed strategic partnerships designed to generate revenue for the organization.

Rob Lawrence's educational career includes a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in American Civilization from Middlebury College.
