Dave Kruzeniski

Dave Kruzeniski has over 15 years of work experience. Dave began their career in 2005 as a Software Product Manager at Schlumberger, where they led software development teams on a product that supports $11 Billion/year in revenue. Dave simultaneously worked on two software projects with four different teams and 28 engineers, and was able to reduce software crash rate by 27%, and improve big data processing performance by 50%. Dave also served as an Engineer Instructor and Service Quality Manager, leading a three month technical course and training over 80 engineering graduates, as well as training 230+ employees in all Western Russian locations to deliver high service quality. Finally, they served as a General Field Engineer, managing crew and >$1 Million of proprietary assets to measure oil reservoir characteristics, and leading in time sensitive, high pressure operations in up to 33kft deep wells. In 2017, they moved to Sycle, where they served as a Product Manager and Product Owner. Most recently, in 2020, they began working at FORM as a Senior Product Manager - Core Swim Experience.

Dave Kruzeniski received their High School Diploma from Dr. Martin Leboldus High School in 2000. Dave then attended the University of Regina, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Electronics Systems Engineering in 2005. Dave has also obtained several certifications, including Complete SQL Bootcamp from Udemy in January 2017, Design Kit - Course for Human Centered Design from NovoEd in February 2016, Agile Development Scrum from OutSofting in May 2013, and Open Water Diver from PADI in January 2013.
