Brenda Keating

Brenda Keating is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in youth work and community development. Currently serving as the Big Brother Big Sister Project Officer at Foroige since September 2007, Brenda previously worked as a volunteer Youth Worker with the Cork Gay Project, where participation included facilitating a youth group and being a founding committee member of UP Cork. An internship at The Scottish Parliament involved supporting a Member of the Scottish Parliament in a constituency office in a socially disadvantaged area. Brenda holds a BSc in Government and Public Policy, a Diploma in Community Development, and an MBS in Social and Cooperative Enterprise, all earned from University College Cork.
