Tim Balconi

Tim Balconi is an experienced consultant and educator specializing in international business and development. As the Founder and Managing Consultant of TD Balconi Consulting, LLC, and Co-Founder and Managing Partner of The Timarus Group, Balconi provides consulting services to various industries, including defense, construction, and oil and gas, facilitating companies' expansion into the Middle East. In academia, Balconi serves as an Adjunct Professor at Southern New Hampshire University and Grand Canyon University, teaching courses related to international and global business. Prior to these roles, Balconi managed operations and business development in the Middle East for Perini Management Services, Inc., and held various positions in fleet management and insurance. Balconi holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Clemson University, an International MBA from Portland State University, and a Graduate Certificate in Advanced International Affairs from Texas A&M University.
