Vanessa Sabbagh is a seasoned professional in customer success and operations management with extensive experience in the technology and service industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Customer Success at Forrester since June 2015, Vanessa has previously held various leadership roles, including Director and Manager, where notable achievements involved securing over $1,000,000 in revenue and earning Forrester MVP recognition for performance in 2016. Prior to Forrester, Vanessa worked at TripAdvisor Vacation Rentals, managing client services and operations while transforming a small support team into a scalable operation to support over 70,000 customers. Vanessa's earlier experience includes serving as a Technical Recruiter at Atlantis Partners and a Senior Account Executive at TripAdvisor. Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sales and Marketing Management from the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst.
