Michelle Utley is currently the Director of Technical Publications & Content Strategy at Forsta, where Michelle designs and drives content strategy for the company's online knowledge base and technical publications. With experience as a Technical Publications Manager at Forsta and a Software Technical Writer at FocusVision, Michelle has led teams in creating and distributing technical documentation for various software products. Prior to their technical roles, Michelle worked as an Account Manager and Project Manager at Decipher, Inc., and as an Interviewer at California State University, Fresno Foundation. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a minor in Creative Writing from California State University, Fresno.
